Delivery


Happy Hampers offers 2 delivery options:
  • NEXT DAY - £14.95
  • 2-3 DAYS - £5.95

Our hampers are delivered by ANC, and will require a signature upon delivery

Returns & Cancellations


If you change your mind within 7 days we will give you a full refund (excl. postage) or, if you prefer, an exchange.
Returned goods should be in the same condition you originally received them in, together with their original packaging. We reserve the right to recover compensation from you should the goods arrive with us in less than saleable condition or are damaged in any way. DVD products may not be returned once the product has been opened or the seal broken. Refunds or exchanges cannot be made until the original hamper has been returned to Happy Hampers.

Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods


If the goods have been damaged during delivery, or appear to be faulty in any way upon delivery, please call us as soon as possible. We will arrange for a replacement, exchange or a full refund (inc postage) where appropriate.
Refunds or exchanges cannot be made until the original hamper has been returned to Happy Hampers.

Terms & Conditions


The following Terms and Conditions apply to anyone using the website www.happyhampers.com. By using this site you agree to be bound by these Terms.
  1. All copy, graphics and photography on this website are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights as applicable. Republication, broadcast, download or other means of redistribution of any of the content available on the Site is prohibited.
  2. It is illegal to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18, or for anyone under the age of 18 to purchase, or attempt to purchase alcohol. By placing an order you are confirming that you are over the age of 18 and legally entitled to purchase hampers containing alcoholic produce.
  3. This site may only be used for lawful purposes in a way that does not infringe on the rights or restrict or inhibit use by any other third party.
  4. Happy Hampers Ltd is not liable for any loss, damages or loss of profits associated with the operation of this website.
  5. Happy Hampers Ltd reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time. These conditions and all acts of Happy Hampers, its Directors and Employees, shall be governed and construed in every way in accordance with the Laws of England.

Privacy


Happy Hampers respects your privacy and will never misuse your data. Our privacy commitments to you are:
  1. We will NEVER give, share or sell your data to any third party or affiliated company.
  2. We will only e-mail you with special offers or hamper news if you have consented to join our mailing list. If at any time you want to leave our mailing list simply email us at unsubscribe@happyhampers.com
  3. If we do not have your email consent, we will only ever email you concerning your specific order.

Happy Hampers is fully compliant with the Data Protection Act.

Security


Happy Hampers uses internationally recognised security measures to protect your data. Credit card payments are one-way encrypted using SSL128bit (Secure Socket Layer).

Happy Hampers uses Barclaycard Merchant Services to process all online payments. All card details are encrypted upon order placement and once payment is processed we do not hold any of your payment card details on file so there is no chance they can be viewed by third parties.
